The Polaroid Timeline

String up your whole story and let the last frame do the asking.

the person who already has real history with their crush and wants the ask to feel earned

What to put on the sign

β€œEvery one of these got us here. Last frame stays blank til you say HOCO.”

One line, big letters. If it needs a second read, cut it down.

The plan

Print 8 to 10 of your best photos together as Polaroid-style shots and clip them along a string in order, oldest to newest. Leave the very last frame blank except for the question in Sharpie. Hand them the string rolled up, or hang it on their locker so they read it left to right and land right on the ask.
