These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AllPosal at www.allposal.com. By using AllPosal, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AllPosal. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

What AllPosal does

AllPosal uses AI to generate creative idea suggestions, including supply lists, steps, and estimated costs. These are suggestions for inspiration only. You are responsible for deciding whether an idea is appropriate, safe, and legal for your situation, and for carrying it out responsibly. Cost estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information.

Free and paid plans

• Free. A limited number of idea generations per day.
• Premium Monthly ($4.99/month). Unlimited generations (subject to fair-use limits). It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Idea Pack ($2.99 one-time). A one-time purchase that adds extra generation credits to your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan you choose. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including one-time idea packs and the current subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AllPosal for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing purposes.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or rate limiting.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its AI outputs at scale.

Affiliate links

AllPosal participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Some supply suggestions are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Intellectual property

The AllPosal name, site, and design are our property. You may use the ideas you generate for your personal, non-commercial plans. AI-generated ideas are provided as-is and may not be unique to you.

Disclaimers

AllPosal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that ideas will be suitable, accurate, safe, or successful. Verify costs, safety, and any legal or venue requirements before acting on an idea.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllPosal and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome arising from acting on a generated idea. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
