AllPosal ("AllPosal," "we," "us") operates www.allposal.com, an AI idea generator for promposals, marriage proposals, gender reveals, and other special-occasion asks. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile photo to create your account.
• Idea inputs. The details you enter to generate ideas (such as a name, interests, personality traits, budget, and setting). Please do not enter sensitive personal information you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.
• Email sign-ups. If you join our list, we store your email address and its source.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.
• Usage data. Standard analytics events and your IP address, used for product analytics and to rate-limit abuse.

How we use your information

• To generate and display personalized ideas.
• To create and manage your account and saved ideas.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or idea pack.
• To enforce free/premium limits and prevent abuse.
• To send emails you've opted into, and to improve the product.

How your ideas are generated (AI)

To create ideas, the details you enter are sent to Google's Gemini API, which returns the suggestions you see. We don't use your inputs to train our own models.

Service providers we share data with

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account data.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth), the Gemini AI that generates ideas, and Google Analytics.
• Amazon — supply suggestions link to Amazon search results through our affiliate program (see below). We do not share your account data with Amazon.

We do not sell your personal information.

Affiliate links

AllPosal is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program. Supply suggestions may contain affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and, where enabled, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children's privacy

AllPosal is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved ideas.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
