What to put on the sign
βIt took my whole SQUAD to spell it out. HOCO?β
One line, big letters. If it needs a second read, cut it down.
The plan
Get four or five friends to each hold one big letter card, and line them up in the wrong order first so it spells nonsense. On your count they shuffle into place so the cards read H-O-C-O and a question mark, and you step out from behind the line holding a small sign. It reads like a puzzle solving itself right in front of the person.

- 2Line your friends up out of order and have them scramble into the right order on your signal.
- 3Hide behind the line until the letters land, then step out with your sign.
- 4Have one friend film it from the front so the reveal reads on camera.
- 5Hand the person the question-mark card to hold for the photo.
