The plan
Manga volumes come with that paper band around the bottom, the obi. You design a fake one that looks official, print it, and wrap it around a volume of whatever they read. Hand them the book like you are just lending it and let them notice the band says something no real volume would.

Step by step
- 1Measure the height and width of one of their manga volumes.
- 2Design a fake obi strip in Canva sized to wrap the bottom third.
- 3Print on regular paper, cut it out, and wrap it around the book.
